What areas do you service?
I live in Burnsville and cover all of Asheville, NC and surrounding area as well as Hickory and anything in between.
When will I have access to the photos, videos and the online tour?
Turn around time is by 1:00 pm the next day after your scheduled shot date
Why do you offer video service as well as photography?
The simple answer is, that's what clients want. Video is also every important to Google and other search engines.
How do I access my Tour?
New customers will receive a username and password to log into Veewme. From there you can manage your media and listings from your dashboard, customize things, add banners or QR codes, get statistics on website traffic and order services online.
Can I customize my Tour?
Absolutely. You can choose background colors, the layout, add your headshot and branding, and see multiple property listings from your master dashboard.
Am I required to be present during the photo shoot?
No, unless you want to.
What if the weather is bad on my scheduled shoot day?
We'll work together to decide the best course of action. It might mean rescheduling to next available time, or shooting through the bad weather and trying to make the best of it in post processing.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. When you refer me to someone who books me, they will get 25% off their first listing and you'll also get 25% off your next listing.
Do I own copyrights to the photos?
You have the rights to use the photos for the purpose of marketing the listing until the listing is sold. This is called a Limited License Release. If a third party, the contractor, architect, interior designer, landscaper, etc.) would like images, if the listing is cancelled and later given to another Realtor they will have to purchase images directly from me. If you would like to use any images in your marketing materials, please ask me first! If you plan to share on Social Media, I would appreciate being tagged! All Residential Real Estate photography includes high quality retouched and downloadable photos, walk through video and hosting. The photos are hosted on a modern tour platform and include a website with a branded landing page, options to create brochures, and options to include add-ons like floor plans, arial photography, and videos. Guaranteed prompt and friendly service. The number of photos depends on each individual property but averages 2-3 shots per room and 4-6 shots of the exterior. Photos normally delivered the following day.
